What is Video Junkee 2017?
Video Junkee 2017 is a two-day festival bringing together the community of Australian video creators and lovers to celebrate, discover, recognise, profile and discuss this Golden Age of video.


Who is Video Junkee for?
If you’re a lover, a creator or a consumer of video then head along to Video Junkee 2017 in Sydney to hear from the leaders in video and get a glimpse of what and who Australia will be watching in 2018.


When and where is Video Junkee 2017?
Friday 28 July and Saturday 29 July. The main program is held at Sydney’s premier multi-arts centre Carriageworks (Eveleigh).

Are accessible tickets available?
Accessible seating can be booked, please email [email protected] with your session request. Accessible seating is released for general sale from two hours prior to event opening time.
Video Junkee 2017 supports the Companion Card program. For patrons who require the assistance of a companion or carer, a second ticket is issued at no cost to the Companion Card holder. Please [email protected] to request a companion card ticket.


When are screenings announced?
Screenings will be announced in early July with partners Dendy Cinemas in Newtown and Golden Age Cinema & Bar in Surry Hills.


Can I use my Multi-Pass for screenings?
No, you need to buy tickets to individual screenings.


Is there food available at Video Junkee 2017?
Cornerstone at Carriageworks is open 10am-5pm on Friday and 10am-late on Saturday
Carriageworks Farmers Market is open 8am-1pm on Saturday


Any patrons under 15 should attend with a guardian. Photo ID is required for all bar areas in Carriageworks.
